Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

 

Return of Merchandise Shipped to Addresses Within the United States (including territories and possessions):

Wayne James Ltd.com graciously accepts the return of unworn, un-laundered, un-altered, and undamaged merchandise that was shipped to an address in the United States, including its territories and possessions. Defective merchandise may also be returned.  Merchandise must be returned in the condition in which it was delivered to the customer, tags affixed.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of its original date of purchase.

Merchandise must be returned via the same entity that delivered the merchandise to the customer.

 

Merchandise shipped to addresses outside the United States must be returned within 45 days of the original date of purchase.

Returned items that meet the above-listed criteria will entitle purchaser to a full refund or exchange.

 

Refunds:

Refunds will be made in the form of the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed to by both parties to the original transaction.  

 

Exchanges:

Merchandise properly returned may be exchanged.
