Wayne James' Seasonings for Men is an all-natural, “quick-fix,” herb-and-spice blend by Manly Manners author, fashion designer, lawyer, and former senator Wayne James. Formulated for the modern man, the seasoning-blend is based on a guarded recipe that has been in the James and Messer families of St. Croix, Virgin Islands, since the mid-1700s.
Uses: An all-purpose seasoning for meat, fish, poultry, and vegetables. Use also as a fix-all, “tweaking-seasoning” to enhance the flavor-profile of any savory dish.
Directions: Generously apply as a dry-rub to large cuts of meat and whole carcasses (including cavities) and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 - 4 hours prior to cooking. Sprinkle onto fish before cooking. Sprinkle into soups, gravies, sauces, etc., while cooking. Sprinkle onto fresh salads, eggs, popcorn, etc. Excellent for flavoring Bloody Marys.
